Sample questions
- Does the examination actually performed match the technical questions posed?
- Is source data provenance shown and are significant contradictions accounted for?
- Do the requirements used apply to this work, object and period?
- Does the finding on the technical cause follow from the examination results described?
- Which observations can be checked through a clarified calculation, additional materials or a new examination?
How the work is carried out
- We will compare the brief, materials and structure of the examination performed.
- We will check key technical claims, calculations and the transition from results to findings.
- We will prepare reasoned observations and questions to clarify the report.
Result
A written review with precise references to report passages, technical reasoning and the limits of checking.
What affects the conclusions
A review does not invalidate a report or guarantee that a new expert examination will be ordered. Checking is objective: technically supported findings will also be noted.
Frequently asked questions
Can a review cover just one finding?
Yes. The finding to be checked must be defined and the materials necessary to check it provided; the scope limitation will be reflected in the document.
Will you rewrite the report in the client's favour?
The work checks examination quality. Observations are determined by materials and analysis results, rather than the desired position.
